Business book: "The Simple Truths of Service: Inspired by Johnny the Bagger," by Ken Blanchard and Barbara Glanz. This story captures a universal truth of service, lead with the heart. It teaches us that regardless of our business or position, we can all make a difference if we have the courage to try.
Favorite products (particularly ones made in Delaware): Dogfish Head Beer. Their creative concoctions are a great representation of the strength of their brand and followers.
Places to go in Delaware: The Riverfront. Such potential! It's a place to see others enjoy the outdoors.

Business book: "Winning Decisions: Getting It Right the First Time," by J. Edward Russo and Paul J.H. Schoemaker. This is one of the few books that proposes a simple model for personal decision-making and business decision making.
Places to go in Delaware: Kayaking off Bowers Beach and fishing for sharks. It's exhausting but so exciting. It's best when the shark pulls you for a long time. You have to avoid keelhauling but once the shark is tired, it's easy to turn it over and let it go.
Favorite movie: "The Hate U Give." The message is one of how we pass hate from generation to generation.
