Former Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland has joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a Palo Alto, California-based legal firm with an expertise in technology, life sciences and other growth industries around the world.
Hollard retired from the Delaware Supreme Court in March 2017, after 30 years on the court. He is now serving at the firm's Wilmington office as senior of counsel.
The firm tapped Holland, in part, for his unique experience working within Delaware's corporate legal landscape.

eminent jurist, educator, and one of the nation’s most thoughtful experts on state constitutional law,” said

Former Gov. Michael N. Castle appointed Holland in 1986, making him the youngest person to serve on the court in the state's history. In another milestone, he became the longest-serving justice in 2009.
