MG+M The Law Firm welcome Thomas R. Stanton as a partner in the Wilmington, Delaware, office. Stanton brings more than 30 years of experience working in-house with Fortune 500 companies, advising C-suite and frontline management executives on litigation avoidance, and handling high-stakes cases.

Stanton has represented companies at hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences and taken more than 20 matters to final adjudication at trial or appeal in federal and state courts and at final hearings in arbitrations in the United States and Latin America.
At MG+M, Stanton will apply his extensive experience to a wide-ranging practice counseling clients through complex, high-stakes business and commercial disputes, class actions, liability matters and investigations. His decades of in-house practice give him a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and the financial and reputational impact of disputes. He is particularly skilled in the strategic negotiation of settlements, helping companies avoid litigation when possible and identifying the most effective solutions to minimize business disturbance.
Stanton also joins the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging Partner Committee. He is actively engaged in providing pro bono representation to individuals and legal aid groups in a variety of areas, including veterans’ benefits and immigration law, and applies his passion for service to others throughout his practice.
Prior to MG+M, he served for 12 years as assistant general counsel for a global foodservice conglomerate and spent 20 years working as an attorney for a global hospitality company. Stanton received his JD from The George Washington University and a BA from Brigham Young University.
Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently appointed Maggie Webb as chief compliance officer. Webb has been working for Easterseals since 2018.

She holds a North Carolina Administrators license for Assisted Living and Memory Care and is certified in Healthcare Compliance. She has more than 20 years in healthcare and human services with operations and compliance background and initiatives in all roles/positions. Webb completed her Master’s degree in Health Psychology.
Morris Nichols announces Zach Haupt and Anthony Raucci have been promoted to special counsel.
Haupt is a trusts and estates attorney. He advises individuals, institutional fiduciaries, private wealth managers, and their counsel on matters involving Delaware trusts and estates. He is an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Estates and Trusts Section where he serves as Chair for the Section and the Committee Chair for the Electronic Wills and Trusts Committee. Haupt is a member of the Delaware Estate Planning Council and served as an observer for the Uniform Electronic Wills Act Committee. In 2020, he was one of 38 members of the inaugural class of the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
He joined Morris Nichols in 2016, after earning his LLM in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Haupt earned his JD, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2009 where he served as articles editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He graduated with a BS in finance and management from the University of Delaware in 2001.

Raucci is an intellectual property litigator, focused on district court patent litigation. He has been involved in complex IP cases as both lead and Delaware counsel. Having taken an active role on trial teams, his experience spans many phases of litigation, including initial pleadings through final judgment. In 2018, he served on the planning committee for the District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference, and he has worked on various pro bono projects, including as a volunteer advocate through the District of Delaware Federal Civil Panel and Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
Raucci joined Morris Nichols in 2013. He graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2013, where he served as staff writer and senior articles editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. He earned his BS in nuclear engineering, cum laude, Alpha Nu Sigma Society, from the University of Florida in 2010.
