The Delaware Mortgage Bankers Association on June 6 will host a renowned economic analyst to share his research on the current residential housing market.
Andres Carbacho-Burgos, PhD, is a director and head housing economist at Moody’s Analytics, a global provider of financial intelligence. He will provide insights on the local and regional market for both new home sales and existing home sales, information that will give real estate professionals an edge in the market.
His study of "National and Local Housing Trends" includes information on home pricing, credit quality, debt performance, job growth, and other factors that impact buying and selling real estate. Carbacho-Burgos also will provide his prediction of what lies ahead in the market.
