MaCall has joined Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP has joined its Securities Litigation Practice Group as a partner. Over a 12-year tenure as an Assistant US Attorney in both Wilmington and Miami, McCall directed numerous financial crime investigations and prosecutions including cases involving securities, tax, bank and wire frauds, as well as theft of trade secrets and cybercrime.
Most recently, McCall served as section chief for the National Security and Cybercrime Division for the Delaware U.S. Attorney's Office, and was twice awarded the DOJ's Director's Award for Superior Performance.
"Jamie adds significant prosecutorial and trial experience to our already deep bench of litigators, and with a growing number of major cases and large institutional clients we look forward to putting his trial-tested skills to work," said David Kessler who co-manages Kessler Topaz's Securities Practice Group in a statement.

McCall has received numerous awards for his work in securities fraud and cybercrime, along with respective military service awards, including the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, and Global War Against Terrorism Expeditionary Medal.
Mitchell Frizzell has joined Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County as their new Marketing Manager. “In this role, Mitchell will coordinate events, including our annual fundraising breakfast, groundbreakings, and dedications. He will also take on responsibility for social media and digital marketing for Habitat NCC and our two ReStores, located in Price’s Corner in Wilmington and North Broad Street in Middletown,” said Chief Development Officer Julie Karavan in a statement.
Frizzell, who previously worked at Philadelphia’s Franklin Institute, is a Wilmington native, Temple University graduate, and a singer at Christ Church Christiana Hundred in Wilmington.

David Tate of Diamond State Financial Group has earned the Certified Business Exit Consultant Designation from the International Exit Planning Association (IEPA). The Certified Business Exit Consultant Designation is a significant achievement and further establishes David Tate as an expert exit planner in the marketplace today.
To receive the CBEC Designation, David completed the high-level nine-week training program, and delivered an exit plan to an owner and submitted that plan to the IEPA’s Certification committee for review. The quality and the brand of the IEPA’s CBEC Designation requires this type of process.
