With the rise of the #metoo movement and the blockbuster scandals that sparked it, sexual harassment has become a topic of discussion in workplaces far removed from Hollywood or Capital Hill. Identifying and addressing sexual harassment is now a priority for companies large and small and both top executives and brand new employees.
We'd like to hear if your company has responded to the issue — with anything from additional education to revised anti-harassment policies — since the #metoo movement kicked off late last year. Some companies have simply doubled down on existing policies, while others are perhaps starting from scratch. Where does your company fit in?
