WSFS Bank announced
Shari Kruzinski has been named executive vice president, chief consumer banking officer. In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of the Consumer Banking division including Retail Delivery, Strategy, Consumer and Small Business banking and the Mortgage division. Kruzinski will assume the role following Rick Wright’s announcement that he will retire at the end of the year.
Most recently, Kruzinski was the chief customer officer, leading the Bank’s Customer division including Customer Experience and enterprise-wide Customer initiatives. She started in 1989 at WSFS as a floating teller. As her career at WSFS progressed, her responsibilities expanded and she was promoted in April 2021 to EVP, Director of Retail Delivery, where she oversaw six banking regions, 89 banking offices, more than 700 Associates and a contact center. Kruzinski has been instrumental in developing and executing key consumer banking initiatives during her career and has played an integral role in leading WSFS’ recent acquisitions.

Social Contract, a social and collective consulting firm, announced the addition of
Drewry Nash Fennell, Esq., to their leadership team. Joining the team as executive vice president of impact, operations, and regional development, Fennell brings nearly 30 years of experience and a lifetime commitment to creating more just and equitable systems. As part of her new position, she will help Social Contract become a nationally recognized social impact, philanthropic and government consulting firm by expanding the client base and helping develop a foundation for scale to support continued growth.
Prior to this role, Fennell spent five years as a senior vice president at ChristianaCare, where she led communications, marketing, patient experience, and philanthropy. She served as chief of staff to former Delaware Governor Jack Markell, and as the executive director of the Delaware Criminal Justice Council.
Fennell has received numerous accolades and honors over the course of her career, from dozens of organizations and entities, including the Delaware Human Rights Commission, University of Delaware, Rutgers University School of Law, the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware YWCA and many others. In 2019, she was inducted into the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame. She has graciously donated her time and expertise to multiple nonprofit organizations, serving on the board for the Delaware Center for Justice, Delaware First Media, and Equality Delaware, to name a few. She currently serves as Chair of the Delaware Community Foundation.

Morris Nichols announced that three judicial law clerks from the Superior Court of Delaware’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) have joined the firm as attorneys. All three will practice in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Litigation group.

Grant E. Michl joins Morris Nichols following a clerkship in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court. Michl earned his JD (2021)
cum laude from Duke University School of Law; and BA (2017)
cum laude in public policy studies and philosophy from Duke University.
Stephanie H. Saran Rudolph served as a law clerk to The Honorable Eric M. Davis of the Delaware Superior Court before joining Morris Nichols. Rudolph earned her JD (2021) with honors from Emory University School of Law; and MS (2016) in educational policy and BA (2015)
magna cum laude in political science and minor in legal studies from the University of Rochester.
Rachel R. Tunney joins Morris Nichols following a clerkship at the Delaware Superior Court, where she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Abigail LeGrow. Tunney earned her JD (2021) from Penn State Dickinson Law; and BS (2016)
summa cum laude in fitness, conditioning, and performance from Auburn University.

Shore United Bank welcomes Cendra Williams to the company as a member of the business development team. Williams joined the Bank in July, bringing her experience as a Business Banking Relationship Manager after having served the local business community at other financial institutions.

Gary Lipkin brings more than two decades of legal experience to his new role as a partner in Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Litigation Department, including handling a diverse range of cases before the nation’s preeminent business court, the Delaware Court of Chancery. He resides in the Firm’s Wilmington office.
Lipkin routinely represents clients in cases including Delaware-specific statutory actions; shareholder, class and derivative actions; merger and acquisition disputes; actions involving breaches of partnership and LLC operating agreements; actions involving the interpretation and enforcement of corporate bylaws and certificates of incorporation; trademark infringement actions; business tort litigation; breaches of contract; and employment litigation involving breaches of non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.
He earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University.
Bayhealth announced Abhishek Agnihotri, MD, joins the Bayhealth Gastroenterology, Dover team.
Dr. Agnihotri is trained and specializes in advanced endoscopy as well as standard procedures to diagnose and treat all types of conditions in the upper and lower gastrointestinal (GI) tract. He is accepting new patients.
Dr. Agnihotri recently completed a fellowship in advanced endoscopy at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There he participated in cutting-edge research and honed his skills in performing minimally invasive procedures using an endoscope—a thin, flexible tube with a camera and light that examines the inner workings of the body. Dr. Agnihotri is experienced in managing the most complex disorders of the digestive system and nearby organs.
Previously he completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Agnihotri did an internship and residency at Johns Hopkins Bayview, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He has a medical degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India consistently ranked as the premier medical school in the country.

Artesian Resources announced Daniel W. Konstanski, P.E., BCEE, was named vice president of engineering. Konstanski joined Artesian in 2014 as a senior engineer with over nine years of experience in the water and wastewater field, and in 2019, was appointed manager of engineering.
Konstanski is responsible for managing and overseeing the Engineering Department’s operation and staff as well as directly managing capital projects. His team includes engineers, project managers and subject matter experts who shepherd, analyze, and manage Artesian’s extensive water and wastewater assets including treatment, pipeline hydraulics, system modeling, pumped networks and regulatory matters.
During his time at Artesian Konstanski has managed the permitting, design and construction of multiple new water and wastewater treatment plants as well as renovations of numerous existing facilities, overseen the development of state-of-the-art digital models for both the water and wastewater systems, led efforts to increase self-sufficiency by hundreds of millions of gallons per year and provided input on Artesian’s purchase of multiple additional water and wastewater systems.
Kent County Tourism Corporation has announced Catherine Jenkins as the new marketing and communications manager, who earned her B.S. in Communications from Salisbury University in 2020. She will be handling everything from digital marketing, to print and TV, to brand awareness. Prior to KCTC she was a Marketing Specialist for Bally’s Dover Casino Resort, handling email marketing, player promotions, and signage.
