WILMINGTON -- The board of directors of Junior Achievement of Delaware held its 2016 Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame induction ceremonies Wednesday at University of Delaware's Arsht Hall.
Paul McConnell, Allen Fasnacht, Ellen Kullman, and Fred Sears were this year's honorees.
"Hall of Fame laureates serve as the epitome of that successful business role model that Junior Achievement puts in front of students every day," said JA of Delaware President Rob Eppes. "As in years past, the 2016 inductees will spend time interacting with local Junior Achievement students to share their mutual success stories."
The Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame recognizes local business and community leaders who have positively impacted workforce and economic development in the region through their strategic management, entrepreneurship, invention or innovation.

The 27th annual induction featured Carvertise chiefs Mac Nagaswami and Greg Star as co-Masters of Ceremonies. Nagaswami and Star were recently named Young Entrepreneurs of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Both young men interned with Junior Achievement of Delaware earlier in their careers.

Junior Achievement of Delaware serves over 15,000 local students in Kindergarten through 12th grade with age/grade appropriate, volunteer-led experiences around Work Readiness, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy.
