
Harvey, Hanna & Associates is holding a public meeting on June 12 to discuss its redevelopment plans for the former GM plant on Boxwood Road.
The Newport-based developer has expressed a commitment to communicating with the public about the impact of the project on the community.
Representatives of Harvey Hanna, Apex Engineering and the state Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will speak to the public.
Harvey Hanna recently announced the results of a study commissioned by the company that found the development could create 2,100 jobs.
The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at Five Points Memorial Hall (209 South Maryland Avenue, Wilmington, Delaware 19804).
