What have been the biggest factors that contributed to your company’s growth over the past three years? Excellent customer service and listening to the needs of our clients. We like getting feedback to make sure we are hitting the mark with every client. 

What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced over the past three years, and how did you overcome them? Getting finances to expand our organization as quickly as we are growing. Private investors, friends and family have helped our organization overcome this obstacle by investing in our company.

Looking back, what’s the biggest mistake you made and what would you do differently if you could? Giving up control. Knowing when to let go and delegate. Employees can be effective at their jobs if given the opportunities to fully perform.

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned over the past three years? The power of relationship building. When working with clients, it is important to understand their needs and goals and to take a team approach in meeting the client needs.
