McKee Builders plans to unveil a new line of luxury townhomes at the grand opening of The Grove this Saturday and Sunday at Fenwick Island.

The Grove is a luxury housing development with 61 two-story townhomes situated 2.8 miles from the Fenwick Island beaches and a short drive to the the heart of the popular beach town.

During the grand opening weekend, McKee will debut two new decorated models: The Turner is larger with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,342 square feet of space for $329,000. The Dawson has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,907 square feet of space with an open floor plan for $299,000.
