What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned over the past three years?
Lead from the heart. It sounds so simple. Though if it were that simple, there would be more happiness in the world. I know that facts and numbers don't lie but there is no feeling to them. Visionary people can sometimes be too linear. Now, there are times when a linear vision is necessary and times when it is not. The Elayne James company has evolved by creating a culture that is focused on a growth-oriented mindset, providing a flexible work environment for great work/life balance and leading outside of the box, where we embrace living outside of our comfort zone.
