Staples Inc. has moved its New Castle fulfillment center to a 25,000-square-foot site in the Delaware River Industrial Park.

Staples, with seven retail stores in Delaware, has leased warehouse and office space at the Harvey, Hanna & Associates-owned park at the foot of the Delaware Memorial Bridge in New Castle. The center will serve Staples business customers regionally.

Colliers International served as Staples tenant representative for this lease transaction. This is the second new tenant to come to the 45-acre industrial park in 2017. American Training Driver Academy recently leased 4,685 square feet of office and 1.5 acres of training space. A Staples spokesman was unavailable today.
