Founded in 1837, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce (DSCC) has a long history as the largest, most influential business organization in the state. “We are a unified voice for business,” says DSCC President Michael Quaranta. “Our goal is to help create an economic environment that encourages growth, competitiveness and stability for all businesses.” Put simply, the State Chamber is uniquely positioned to bring people together to solve problems, create jobs, promote business and improve the quality of life for all Delawareans.
The State Chamber team meets regularly with Delaware’s Congressional delegation and plays a leading role in bringing issues before the General Assembly in Dover on behalf of its members, supporting policies that encourage innovation and opposing policies that may hinder it.
