As the new Chief Executive Officer of DuPont, Lori Koch is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company to accelerate growth, unlock value, advance innovation, and to drive operational excellence. Koch has stepped into the top job of Delaware storied multinational company at a time when it is planning to spin off its water and electronics divisions, leaving ‘new DuPont” to manufacture iconic brands like Teflon and hold a strong footprint in biopharma consumables, medical devices and medical packaging. Prior to her appointment to CEO in June 2024, she served as Chief Financial Officer, where she played a leading role in reshaping the company’s portfolio for higher growth and profitability, driving operational discipline and implementing a balanced financial policy. From November 2022 until June 2024, she also led DuPont’s corporate businesses, which are focused on the electric vehicle market.
