As Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Lauren Weaver is responsible for the organization’s consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. Weaver is responsible for the leadership of all operation staff, and the development and implementation of all policies, goals and other activities as required by the Board of Directors. In program development and administration, Weaver enhances the organization’s effectiveness by providing professional management support, representing the Chamber’s 800 members and ten towns in southeastern Delaware. As a sign of the booming business growth, Weaver helped open the chamber’s second office in Western Sussex County in 2024.
