Ivan Thomas is a self-taught filmmaker while cultivating more skill in cinematography under the study with Philadelphian cinematographer Tim Fontaine. From there, he used his skills for DE.TV, Delaware’s premiere broadcast and social media content provider that shares positive stories and news about the First State’s largest city. The channel has grown to include Good Morning Wilmington, The Agenda, DETV Kids, and more. Thomas has also successfully lobbied Wilmington City Council to manage the city’s Public Access/Leased Access (PALA) television station and secured broadcast rights to Delaware Blue Coats games.
