When it comes to Delaware’s office market, there are few as well connected as Newmark Senior Managing Director Wills Elliman. He joined the major brokerage’s Wilmington office in 2001 and for more than two decades has represented Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, and institutional landlords, including deals with ING Direct, CSC, Solenis, SevOne and Richards, Layton & Finger. Elliman worked on the $83 million sale of Barclays U.S. Consumer Bank’s headquarters in Wilmington, which was one of the most expensive office sales in recent memory for Delaware.
