From humble beginnings at fast-casual mall restaurants to now handling daily operations within the bustling four-concept Bardea Group, partner and owner Scott Stein has seen it all in the dining industry. His connection to the greater Philadelphia region’s bar and restaurant scene is four-generations deep, and his hospitality experience, attention to service detail, knowledge of fine wines and genuine personality quickly attributed to Bardea being named a James Beard Best New Restaurant semifinalist. Outside the restaurant, Stein is also actively involved with the James Beard Foundation.
