Q&A: What’s something interesting about you that isn’t on your resume? “Two things; My lower lip was reattached from a skiing accident as a teenager. And I brought Gen, Alexander Lebed, secretary of the Security Council, to the U.S. for his first visit. Lebed negotiated the end to the First Chechen War, and was considered responsible for shifting his followers to give President Yeltsin a second term in the 1996 Russian Federation presidential election.”

In his 28 years at CSC, Scott Malfitano has answered customer service calls, launched incorporate.com, aided with the company’s business license service and overseen building its global headquarters in Wilmington. In his top position he worked to establish the CSC Station, a co-working and innovation space on the Wilmington Riverfront. Today, Malfitano is also leading efforts to reinvigorate the state’s Workforce Development Board by bringing together industry, educators and public officials to prepare workers for future opportunities.
