As president and CEO of Del-One Federal Credit Union, Ronald Baron lead Delaware’s largest credit union with more than 75,000 members statewide. Relying upon a decades-long career that had included executive roles at public and community banks, Baron drove deposit growth and loan activity at the Dover-based Del-One. Outside of the bank, Baron supported of Del-One’s Springboard Collaborative, a nonprofit tiny-home village in Georgetown that serves the state’s homeless population.
