Since co-founding Buccini/Pollin Group with his brother Chris and business partner Dave Pollin, Rob Buccini has grown the company to over $6 billion in transactions and ownership of 6 million square feet of office and retail space, over 10,000 hotel rooms, 3,500 apartments and four live entertainment venues. He leads BPG’s residential, commercial, retail, parking, sports and entertainment development activities, including building the Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington. More recently, he’s completed Crosby Hill, the first new apartment building built in Wilmington in many years, and announced plans for two more downtown complexes.
