As president of third-generation, family-owned Eastern States Group and Benchmark Builders, Rich Julian has been among the most prolific home builders in Delaware over the past 20 years, building or partnering on more than 2,300 homes in 26 communities. Benchmark was at the forefront of 55+ community development and continues to be among the biggest builders in the niche. Julian was also a co-founder of the Town of Whitehall community along with EDiS Company, helping to develop one of the largest master-planned communities in the state near Middletown.
