Patricia Rivera began her career in print journalism with the New York Times, The News Journal and the Dallas Morning News. She decided to pivot to marketing and telling stories in multiple languages and across a variety of mediums. Since launching Hook PR & Marketing in 2008, the company has blossomed into a team of 15 members in four different countries. In early 2023, Rivera welcomed two new partners to Hook: chief operating officer Dora Jane Barwick and chief marketing officer Jessica Bell. Past clients of Hook PR & Marketing include Perdue Farms, Beebe Healthcare, Zip Code Wilmington, and many more.
