Q&A: What was your first job? “Working on my family thoroughbred horse farm at age 14.”
Not only is he the owner and operator of more than two dozen McDonald’s franchises in Delaware and Maryland, but Meoli Companies President Michael Meoli is also a co-owner of the Tru by Hilton in Ocean City, Md., and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Frederica. The Rehoboth Beach resident is a second-generation McDonald’s owner/operator who dove into the business full-time after college. Meoli is also heavily involved in his community, serving on a number of local and regional community and professional organization boards.
