As a third-generation real estate developer, Louis Capano III is well-versed in building in the First State. His family-owned and family-led Capano Management offers a full range of services from real estate investments to asset acquisition, management to construction and sales/leasing to mortgage origination. With 3 million square feet of office and retail assets under management and more than 8,000 multifamily units developed or under construction, Capano has built one of the largest development firms in Delaware with projects like The Falls and The Reserve at South Ridge. Outside the firm, his family’s charitable foundation has also donated more than $6 million to local causes.
