For years, Katie Wilkinson has served as top executive for Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Bank in Delaware and Cecil County, Md. Recently, her success has led her to turn her attention to Fulton Bank’s credit line of business as part of its Fulton First Initiative across five states. She relied on her prior experience as division manager of the former Wilmington Trust to break the bank into the local market. She’s continued to give back to the community through board service, including most prominently serving as chair of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce from 2020 to 2022.
