As senior vice president in the major commercial real estate brokerage CBRE, John Kaczowka is among the busiest agents working out of Wilmington. He joined CBRE in 1998 and today specializes in commercial office and industrial properties, offering a unique perspective after serving as a tenant advisor. This past year, Kaczowka was involved in 82 sale and lease deals totaling more than 1.3 million square feet of space. He’s also been involved in Wilmington by assisting the formation of Downtown Visions, which is tasked with public safety and cleanliness, business development and event planning.
