Joe Latina, a veteran real estate broker well-known for his work in retail and restaurants after being born into a restaurateur family, spent the first 33 years of his career with Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties. In 2022, he began to reassess his future and decided to form his own firm, LMT Commercial Realty, with partners Chris Moore and Jim Tancredi. Over his career he’s been involved with more than 300 restaurant and bar deals, and has overseen total deals worth more than $750 million. Latina also recently served as president of CORFAC International, an international commercial real estate network.
