Before joining Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties in 2005, Greg Ellis served as the Corporate Real Estate Department manager for MBNA Bank America. He brought that experience in negotiating major commercial leases to Patterson-Woods, where he has successfully negotiated and closed sales and leases worth more than $138 million involving office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, and land. As managing principal today, Ellis oversees the work of more than a dozen brokers at Patterson-Woods. Outside of the office, he continues to make an impact as chair of The Committee of 100.
