Although he originally earned international recognition as a boxer, it’s been his longstanding commitment to community that has led to the continued leadership of Dave Tiberi, who now serves as president of Emergency Response Protocol Security and founder of Donate Delaware. Tiberi founded ERP, a regional security company, in 2007 and as its president is responsible for bringing in new clients through prospecting, networking and partnerships. In light of the coronavirus pandemic, he founded Donate Delaware as a way to support health care workers and first responders. He’s also spearheaded a monthly networking effort 14 years ago called Delaware Decision Makers and engaged in numerous community and charitable organizations as a volunteer and supporter.
