Lifelong Delawarean Chris Buccini, along with his brother Rob and business partner Dave Pollin, has left his mark through billions of dollars in developments, primarily in his hometown of Wilmington. As leader of the firm’s commercial management affiliate, BPG Real Estate Services, Buccini has overseen major renovations of its downtown office buildings and rolled out a new redevelopment plan for its Market West campus, including the former Brandywine, Nemours and DuPont buildings. He also has been overseeing the redevelopment of The Concord into a mixed-use campus in Wilmington’s Brandywine Hundred suburbs.
