As president of Bank of America Delaware, Chip Rossi continues to oversee more than 6,000 state workers in its banking and investment teams across numerous sites. Bank of America became a major player in Delaware following the acquisition of the former MBNA Bank, where Rossi once worked too. Outside of the bank, Rossi is among the most visible chief executives in the state, working with nonprofit, education and elected leaders to advance efforts to reach underserved populations.
