What is your favorite hobby? “Visiting the farm in West Virginia. Although it often involves some work, I find it to be incredibly mentally relaxing. There’s something rejuvenating about being surrounded by nature and engaging in hands-on tasks.”
As CEO of High 5 Hospitality, which operates eight Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and five Jersey Mike’s locations in Delaware and Maryland along with other independent businesses, Bobby Pancake is responsible for setting the company’s overall vision and strategy, which focuses on people, performance and profitability. From there, he just leads the leaders. The company was founded in 2004 by Pancake and his two partners as a way to introduce the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise to the First State. Pancake is also a civic leader for the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command.
