Daniel Silver is co-Managing Partner of McCarter and English’s Wilmington office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is a litigation and trial attorney whose practice spans across intellectual property litigation and other high-stakes disputes. He spends a substantial portion of his time representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly innovator clients as plaintiffs in Hatch-Waxman or BPCIA litigation. Committed to pro bono work, Silver has at least one active pro bono case at any time. Silver co-authored the Delaware chapter of A Practitioner’s Guide to Class Actions, Second Edition, published by the American Bar Association in 2017.
