How do I set up or reset my password?
- If you are a paid DBT Insider, you can set up or reset your password using this form.
- Enter your email address in the forgot password form.
- For security purposes, we then send you an email that contains a password reset link.
- Click the password reset link in the email and then enter a new password.
What if I forget or don’t know the email address associated with my account?
If you forget which email address you used for your account, or need to add an email address to your account, please go to our customer service page and log in with one of the options there. You can then set or change the email address associated with your account.
