Lili Tomovich

Barclays US Consumer Bank announced the appointment of Lili Tomovich as its new chief marketing officer. In this role, Tomovich will oversee brand, customer experience and lifecycle management, marketing technology, product marketing, marketing communications, and customer and market research.

With a focus on customer experience, loyalty, digital innovation and brand relevance, Tomovich is an accomplished and transformational marketing leader who has spent her career building leading brands in the financial services, retail, entertainment and hospitality industries across the US, Canada and Asia. She joins Barclays from Grove Collaborative, a direct to consumer e-commerce platform for natural home and personal care products where she served as chief marketing officer. Prior to this, Lili was the chief experience and marketing officer for MGM Resorts International, a $15 billion global hospitality and entertainment company. Her additional marketing experience includes leadership roles with Mastercard, LoyaltyOne, Rogers Communications and Citi.

Tomovich is a member of the Board of Directors of Dine Brands Global. She holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University.


James Milam

Carl M. Freeman Companies announced that James Milam has joined the company as the company’s new chief financial officer replacing Dave Levitsky, who retires in December 2021.

Milam served most recently as senior vice president, regional finance and portfolio manager for Federal Realty Investment Trust in North Bethesda, MD.

Milam began his career in finance at Citi Property Investors, the real estate private equity arm of Citigroup, where his responsibilities included direct real estate acquisitions and asset management, as well as capital raising and client service for both institutional and high-net-worth investors. With a diverse background in both finance and real estate, James is also quite skilled in another line of business – the golf industry. He was a professional golfer for three years after he graduated from college.

Milam holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and an A.B. in Political Economy from Princeton University.


Rossi Group, a woman-owned engineering and planning consultant firm, is pleased to announce that Marc Coté has joined the organization as director of planning and engineering. Coté is managing Rossi Group’s new Dover office, overseeing business development and professional services in Delaware. Coté opened the Dover office earlier this month.

Coté brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, serving in various roles at Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). In his most recent role as DelDOT Director of Planning, he led a staff of over 60 employees in the administration of the Department’s comprehensive transportation planning, performance management, development coordination, and project prioritization.

Coté graduated from Lehigh University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He has been a professional engineer for 27 years and is also a certified planner.


Mark Grunza

Wohlsen is pleased to welcome Mark Grunza to the team. Mark joined Wohlsen in August as a Project Executive in the Delaware Valley region. In this role, he will be responsible for improving the vision of project leaders, driving job planning, providing education to the project leaders on critical and strategic decision making and fostering client retention.

Mark brings extensive knowledge and experience to Wohlsen. Throughout his 29 years in the construction industry, he has grown from a Carpenter to a Project Executive and has completed work on several notable projects including PSU Brandywine Campus, the Arch Diocese of Philadelphia- PJP2 High School, Appoquinimink School District- Lorewood Grove Elementary, and Goldey-Beacom College Facility Expansion & Master Plan.

Mark earned a bachelor degree from Wilmington College where he graduated Cum Lade with a degree in Business Management. Mark also holds an associate degree from Delaware Technical & Community College in Construction Management and Industrial Engineering. Mark is Green Advantage Certified, has taken part of the FMI Project Manager Academy, is a member of the Delaware Contractors’ Association and is a Committee Advisor for Delaware Technical & Community College AET/CMT. In his free time, Mark enjoys fishing and cultivating his vegetable garden. Mark has two children and has been married for over 23 years.


Dr. Chris Manieri

Beebe Healthcare has welcomed Christopher Manieri to their surgical team. Dr. Manieri is board certified in general surgery and specializes in bariatric surgery, offering minimally invasive approaches to optimize the patient journey of care and streamline the surgical recovery process.

Dr. Manieri is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His post-graduate clinical training began at ChristianaCare Health System in Newark, Delaware, where he pursued a clinical rotation internship, before later completing a general surgical residency. Dr. Manieri’s clinical training concluded with a bariatric and minimally invasive surgical fellowship at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.

Dr. Manieri practices at the Beebe Center for Weight Loss Surgery, located in Georgetown, as well as at the Beebe General Surgery Center, located in Lewes.


MacElree Harvey, one of Pennsylvania and Delaware’s leading law firms, is pleased to announce that the Delaware law firm of Crossland Heinle & Bryde has merged with the firm effective July 1, 2021.

The merger added 4+ lawyers and 5 support staff to MacElree’s well established Delaware office—raising its total to 12 lawyers in Centreville and Hockessin. Overall, the firm is now one of the largest regional firms in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware with 42 lawyers practicing out of 5 offices.
