WSFS Financial Corporation, the parent company of Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management, announced Stephanie Saint-Cyr the senior vice president, director of wealth advisory services in Princeton, N.J. Saint-Cyr will be the wealth advisor partnering closely with Brian Taylor, wealth director. She will also lead all wealth advisors across the Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management footprint.

 Saint-Cyr has spent more than two decades working with high-net-worth clients and performing trust and estate administration duties. She was most recently Vice President, Relationship Manager at Wilmington Trust.

Richards, Layton & Finger announced Laura Dietrich’s acceptance to the 2022 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows Program, and Valerie Caras and Alexander Krischik’s acceptance to the 2022 LCLD Pathfinders Program. The LCLD developed these programs to recognize diverse attorneys and to serve as a platform for the attorneys’ continued professional growth. The Fellows Program, designed for mid-career attorneys, and the Pathfinder Program, for early-career attorneys, offer tools and strategies focused on professional and personal development, relationship-building, and leadership training.

Dietrich concentrates on matters involving the formation, structuring, operation, and dissolution of Delaware limited liability companies and partnerships. She advises clients in a wide variety of transactions, including structured finance transactions, investment funds, joint venture transactions, restructurings, cross-border transactions, acquisition transactions, and financing transactions. She also analyzes contractual interpretation and fiduciary duty issues under Delaware law.

Caras focuses her practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts. Prior to joining Richards Layton, she clerked for the Honorable Matthew W. Brann, United States Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In law school, Valerie was a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan, United States Circuit Judge of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Susan E. Schwab, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Krischik focuses on corporate and commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. He handles disputes involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, books and records demands, appraisal demands, contractual issues, alternative entities, and other commercial matters. Alex clerked for vice chancellor Zurn in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Beebe Healthcare announced Thomas Trobiano, FNP-C, MAPC, the executive director of Cardiovascular & Neuroscience Services.

 After starting his career as a charge nurse in an emergency department, Trobiano excelled in the cardiology field as a nurse practitioner while working toward leadership opportunities in the field.  

Trobiano’s experience and leadership positions include emergency nursing, family nurse practitioner in adult cardiology practice, senior clinical cardiothoracic transplant nurse practitioner, clinical program manager for cardiothoracic transplant, and most recently director of clinical operations for a multi-organ transplant program for which he has been published. He was recently recognized as one of Baltimore Magazine’s 2021 Excellence in Nursing winners.

Arden Trust Company, a limited purpose trust company under the ownership of Kestra Holdings, announced the appointment of Jennifer Junker as chief fiduciary officer.

Bringing over 27 years of experience, Junker will be responsible for the management and development of trust administration for Arden Trust’s seven branches. She will lead a team of more than 50 fiduciary professionals to deliver excellence and maintain credible, high-quality client service. Junker received two Bachelor’s of Arts from Wake Forest University, one in communication and the other in English literature. She then earned her Juris Doctor with high honors from the University of Florida’s College of Law.

Potter Anderson has announced the acceptance of three firm lawyers to participate in this year’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Program (LCLD).

Counsel Laura Readinger will join the LCLD Fellows Program, a year-long professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Associates Jen Buckley and Callan Jackson will participate in the program LCLD Pathfinders Program, a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building.

Readinger counsels clients and co-counsel on the many challenges associated with eDiscovery. She provides cost-effective and efficient project management solutions to clients in what is a complex and continually changing area of the law. She is also a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.

Buckley advises employers on adopting and implementing effective policies consistent with federal and state law; responding to employee requests for leave and accommodation; avoiding and responding to discrimination claims; and more.

Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Group. She focuses her practice primarily on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
