First Ascent Design welcomes Gavin Davie as Operations & Accounts Lead. First Ascent is a design-focused digital marketing agency that leverages creativity, a partnership-mindset, and a results-focus to grow clients in Education, Ticketing, STEM, and Nonprofits.
Gavin is an operational leader who specializes in keeping projects on-track. He brings his prior experience leading digital teams for Fortune 50 companies, managing projects for brands such as JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, The Project Management Institute, Hartford Funds, Wawa, Fiserv, and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
He brings his expertise in managing relationships with internal and external clients to the Wilmington-based digital marketing agency. His operational focus at First Ascent is facilitating effective communication between the account team, the creative teams, and strategy. His focus will be on delivering superior customer service, managing the team to timelines, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.

A veteran of Wilmington ad agencies, he joined The Archer Group (now Bounteous) in 2013, and after a brief stint at a Philadelphia agency in 2023/2024, returned to Wilmington with First Ascent.
