With the new Georgetown court building coming, Why not buy up some of those old rundown buildings on the east side of Georgetown ? Replace them with small businesses, shops, restaurants, a pub or maybe a bar & grill? Downtown Georgetown has never had that. I’m sure Lawyers and court employees would love somewhere close by to unwind and socialize with their colleagues and unwind after a long work day, some live right here in Georgetown. It would be kind of like like Berlin Md! Georgetown is so close to the beach but offers nothing. I see so much growth in other locations, why not downtown Georgetown, there is so much potential. I don’t know, I guess some things never change.
