(AP) _ WSFS Financial Corp. (WSFS) on Monday reported third-quarter earnings of $38.9 million.
The Wilmington, Delaware-based company said it had net income of $1.20 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 96 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $117.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $105 million.

WSFS shares have fallen 10 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $42.97, a fall of 15 percent in the last 12 months.
