WSFS Bank has announced the new management team that will oversee the bank’s expanded network of retail banking offices following its merger with Philadelphia-based Beneficial Bank.
The network will now include 90 retail banking offices throughout Delaware, southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.
The combined firm plans to close 25 percent of its retail locations. Beneficial banking offices and systems will be converted to WSFS Bank in late August 2019, and the majority of the combined consolidations will occur at that time.

Shari Kruzinski
Shari Kruzinski will lead the team of managers as senior vice president and director of retail delivery. Her responsibilities include overseeing the bank’s eight retail regions and the Bank’s two customer contact centers in Philadelphia and Wilmington.
“Shari is an accomplished and dedicated leader with a sharp aptitude for managing successful retail banking strategies,” said Rick Wright, WSFS’ executive vice president and chief retail banking officer. “We have assembled a phenomenal team to lead our expanded Retail footprint.”
Kruzinski will work with eight regional managers and a contact center director: Crissy Bowden, Timothy Chretien, Phil Corradino, Tracy Feinsilver, Adrienne Hawes, Shelly Kavanagh, Rory Maher and Jeremy Shackleford.
