Update: Winter Storm impacts Delaware with closures

WILMINGTON – With the winter storm continuing to impact Delaware, state offices in New Castle County will be closed today and nonessential employees who live or work in New Castle County should not report to work. Only essential employees should report to work.

Update: Governor John Carney has lifted the Level 1 Driving Warning in New Castle County.
The Delaware National Guard will continue to provide assistance to state and local authorities responding to the winter storm.
