The First State Community Loan Fund is holding an eight week business development program at the Central Baptist Church and The Women’s Business Center on Wilmington’s Eastside.
The program walks prospective small business owners and entrepreneurs through the planning, research and implementation process of creating a business plan.
The classes will take place every Tuesday.
