Tug Cruise
Tug Cruise

Climb onboard a working tugboat and sail the Christina and Delaware rivers for a casual networking event with a unique perspective on world trade, as World Trade Center Delaware hosts its annual Tug Cruise Aug. 6.

Now in its 16th year, the Tug Cruise is both a popular World Trade Center Delaware tradition and a rare chance to see international trade as it happens inside the Port of Wilmington. Tickets often sell out well before the event.

Guests board the Wilmington Tug company¹s boat at the port and sail down the Christina River to the Delaware River, some years getting as far as Pea Patch Island and Fort Delaware (weather and tides permitting).   Tickets are $75/WTC members and $85/non-members, with an open bar that includes beer donated by Dogfish Head Brewery and horsd¹oeuvres from The Greenery.
