Wilmington offers online payment system

The City of Wilmington launches a new online bill-payment system today.

The system, dubbed Paymentus, gives customers the option to pay water, sewer and real estate tax bills online with any internet-accessible device.

Customers who establish accounts can view all their accounts, their payment and their consumption history. They can also set up auto-pay options.

There are no fees for using the system.

To sign up, visit the City of Wilmington’s website, www.WilmingtonDE.gov and click on the “Pay My Bill” icon to establish an account through the customer portal. Customer service representatives are available to help at (302) 571-4320 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
