Weiner to build 245 apartments near Christiana Mall

Leon N. Weiner & Associates Inc. will build a 245-unit luxury apartment complex on Stanton Road, directly across from Christiana Mall. The first apartments will be available in the spring of 2016.
Emblem will feature one-to-three bedroom apartments with luxury amenities such as walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers and premium finishes.
The community will feature a clubhouse with a state-of-the-art exercise facility and other amenities. A resort-style pool and grilling area will be available. Covered and garage parking will be offered on a limited basis. The pet-friendly complex will offer a dog park and a bathing facility for pets.
The construction will meet National Green Building Standards.
Weiner will partner with NV Capital Advisor of Tyson’s Corner, Va., a developer and equity investor.
