eTIPS, an online alcohol server training and certification program, has been approved by the Delaware Office of Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioners and the Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement as a server education program consistent with state rules.
eTIPS is the web-based version of the TIPS program, which teaches strategies to ensure responsible alcohol service and prevent illegal alcohol sales to underage and/or intoxicated guests.
