Wawa to add self-serve lottery terminals to all Delaware stores

Wawa is holding a grand opening for its new location at 1702 Rocky Run Parkway in Wilmington. The store will replace the Wawa in the Tally Ho Shopping Center on the other side of Route 202.

The new location is the 800th store in the chain, which stretches down the East Coast to Florida and throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The ceremony will take place at 9:00 a.m.

As part of the celebration, Wawa will announce the addition of self-serve lottery terminals to all Delaware locations.

Earlier this year, Wawa announced plans to hire 5,000 new employees between March and April. The convenience chain is also set to open 25 new stores in the mid-Atlantic region.
