University Housing Solutions building next to DSU Dover
University Housing Solutions, the company that previously sought a partnership with Delaware State University to build an athletic center, is using the land it owns adjacent to the school to build a 500-bed student residential housing building.
The development company said in a release that it has room to build an additional 1,500 beds on its 30 acres. The current project will include retail space and a food court.
Kimmel Bogrette Architecture, a higher education and municipal projects group, will design the buildings. Skanska USA will construct them. They will be managed by Asset Campus Housing.
